Self Evaluation(Questions and Answers)
This includes Spanish 1 and 2
-What am i learning?
1.) I am learning to simply study the spanish language. I am learning how to ask questions, say how I feel, etc.
2.) I am learning how to talk to people on the phone, state what I do everyday of the week, make plans, conjugate verbs, use stem-changers, and so much more.
3.) I am learning the preterite tense of verbs, how to talk on the phone, hace+que+infinitive, how to write letters, and much more!
4.) I am learning how to use mainly past tense verbs like preterite and imperfect verbs and their differences. I am also learning alot of Spanish vocabulary daily.
-How do I learn?
1.) I learn by going to Sra. De Jorge's class everyday for 1st block. We do several projects and other activities like informal writing.
2.) I learn everyday by applying myself and coming to class every morning prepared and ready to learn. I participate in games, various activities, and writing notes.
3.) I learn by taking notes, completing HW, and listening in class. I also participate in games and other activities.
4.) I learn by listening in class and applying what I had previously learned to my everyday life. I learn by playing lo tengo and ZONK in class!
-Why am I learning?
1.) I am learning so that I can become a smarter student and communicate with people worldwide!
2.) I am learning because I need this class to graduate, and I want to be the best person I can be. I think it is important to know another language and it will be beneficial to my future life.
3.) I am learning to not only graduate from High School, but becoming bilingual.
4.) I am learning so that i can become a better communicator worldwide and to become a more accomplished student.
-Where am I in progress toward my goals?
1.) I am just in the beginning. I want to eventually learn the entire language and to be bilingual.
2.) I have progressed drastically, and I couldnt do it without Mrs. Jorge and the rest of my class mates. I am continuously progressing towards my goals daily as I strife for excellence.
3.) I think I am making huge progress, and I know twice as much as i did last year!
4.) I am making good progress to achieving my goal of learning the Spanish language. I plan to move onto Spanish III next year.
